1 General Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bagan7 and the player. By using the services described on this page, the player is considered to have accepted this agreement from the moment they begin using those services.
1.1 Platform Description

2 Account Registration and Management
2.1 Opening an Account
To use bagan7 services, each player may only open one account. You must enter your real name, date of birth, and contact details. If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be suspended.
2.2 Password Security
Account security is the player's own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. The player is fully responsible for all actions taken on their account.
2.3 Single Ownership
An account belongs solely to the registered individual. Deposits using a third party's funds are not allowed. If a deposit is found to be made in someone else's name rather than the player's own, those funds cannot be withdrawn and the account may be suspended.
2.4 Account Closure
bagan7 may suspend or close an account without prior notice for the following reasons:
- Providing false or fraudulent information
- Violating these terms
- Bonus abuse or activity considered to be money laundering
- Playing while under 21 years of age
- Actions that violate the law
3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
At bagan7, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are normally processed instantly so you can start playing right away.
3.2 How to Withdraw
The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals are returned only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
3.3 Transaction Verification
bagan7 follows an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed, and any relevant party may be contacted during that review. Refusing to cooperate with a verification check may delay the withdrawal.
3.4 Transaction Freeze
If bagan7 identifies signs that a transaction may be irregular, it has the right to temporarily freeze those funds and carry out an investigation.
4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bagan7 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks
Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,520,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings from those bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The wagering calculation takes into account the game type and the amount of bonus used.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to other players
- bagan7 may change or cancel bonus offers at any time
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any winnings from it may be forfeited
4.4 VIP Program
bagan7's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum:
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
VIP tier upgrades are based on your play progress and regular activity.
5 Game Playing Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All games available at bagan7 operate with SSL encryption and a secure Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by the software only — no staff involvement.
5.2 Gaming Conduct
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs is strictly prohibited
- You must play yourself — using bots or automated playing software is prohibited
- Player collusion is prohibited
- Withdrawing incorrect payouts caused by technical errors without reporting them is prohibited
5.3 Technical Issues
When server failures, network disconnections, or other technical problems occur, bagan7 cannot be held responsible for losses caused by those issues. However, if it is confirmed that a payout was not completed, we will attempt to refund the relevant amount.
5.4 Game Cancellation
If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault or software error, the bet amount placed will be refunded.
